Natural Step Refund Policy

Event Refunds

Refunds will only be honored if cancellation is made on or prior to the event's early registration deadline. (If there is no early registration deadline, cancellation must be made prior to 15 days before event.) Please note: a 10% administrative fee will be retained.

Cancellations made after the early registration deadline (or within 15 days of the event) are not eligible for a refund. If you cannot attend the event, you may transfor your registration to someone else (e.g. a colleague) for the same event (i.e. same date and location). We do not grant refunds for no-shows.

Membership and Product Refunds

The Natural Step does not offer refunds on membership or products. However if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact April Knudsen, april.knudsen@thenaturalstep.org. We value your support and feedback on how to better serve our network.
